Good news, but these losses are anticipated by the cartels. We need to reduce the demand.

Doesn’t hurt the cartels. They anticipate losses as part of normal operations.

Plus, it doesn’t cost much to manufacture meth . . . a few chemicals and some time spent in a lab.

-Also consider how many shipments were NOT detected.
