Although the Trump Administration has won several important immigration decisions before this high court recently --- based upon the justices' challenges to arguments before them on this matter, I think that they will uphold birthright citizenship.
It will be interesting to see how they actually rule.
Jack, I hope the Supreme Court will stop immigration birthright citizenship. We all know what the original intent of the "birthright " citizenship.
