You are welcome! (By the way, the CBP on Monday reported that so far this year, 6,300 penalties have been imposed for bringing in undeclared ag products, and they intercepted 1,200 pests at US Ports of Entry in June alone.)

I believe the stranger stuff (like the rodent meat & goat jaws) is for personal consumption, but the pre-packaged sandwich meat was likely intended for resale at markets & eateries in the US.
