The guy resisted the officers, hit an officer with his car when he tried to flee, has had the full list of legal protections that resulted in a deportation order that he ignored, and was obviously a flight list with a record of criminal violence. He is sueing ICE? He should be prosecuted for filing neusance law suits against ICE, and spend some time in an Ameticam jail if he wants to be in America. Thank you ICE for doing your job that has so many risks protecting us from 3rd world criminal violence.

He was in the wrong because he ran from a traffic stop and he was in the USA illegally. I don't feel sorry for him one bit.
